Bug description:
Some other DC clients do the same and this provides additional immediate (and
better than the tab icon/text change) indication if a user goes offline/online
during a private chat conversation. Also useful for logging purposes.
Patch included with a proposal of a modified and more clear error message
when one tries to send a message to an offline user.
