While probably the System log is not the best place for this some kind of
indication would be nice for this, maybe including to some indication of unread
pm's in general.
Using a PM icon in the status bar maybe?

Title:
Notify about Max PM windows issues in System Log rather than on the
involved hub's chat window
Status in DC++:
Confirmed
Bug description:
In case the Max PM window limit has been reached, the user might not
be aware of notifications about this in the corresponding hub's window
(especially with many hubs opened).
I would like to suggest to have such information in the System Log,
because there can be much easily spotted even if it's not opened all
the time - the status bar can give a nice hint about it. The related
hub's address should be definitely listed and probably its name as
well (it should make it easier to spot when having many tabs open) or
even select the hub's tab upon clicking on its name/address in the
System Log - if possible.
