MiniUPnp does not map and allow active mode

Bug description:
MiniUPnp does not map and allow active mode when using Windows XP
with new EE BrightBox router. I had to install an earlier version 0.75
which uses Windows UPnP mapping which works perfectly. Checked this
with a port mapper. The MiniUPnp coding must be buggy.
