DC++ doesn't responds during search

Bug description:
In v0.828 whenever a file is searched, it goes through all the users
forst and waits for a stable search result before accepting the
command to download. In earlier versions we could download just as the
file is shown but now until (x/y items) becomes stable even if we
click to download the download doesn't starts.
