This only works in ADC, as NMDC does not have this capability.
You need to create a user command that sends a DMSG:
Create a 'raw' command, write "adc[s]://" in the URL field, with a command
"DMSG %[mySID] %[userSID] %[line:Input text message]" and press Ctrl+Enter in
the end (to create a "\n", that is required. The mentioned command will display
the message in the main chat but only be sent to the selected message.
