no balloon is fired when download is completed

Bug description:
DC++ version 0.868
Windows 10 x64
I activated playing a sound and showing a balloonpopup when download is
ready..
However when a download is completed only a sound is played, but no
balloonpopup is fired.
Launching an example balloon is working by the way.
