Bug description:
Generate_certs.cmd should also check for OpenSSL-Win64
if not exist %SSL% (
echo OpenSSL isn't found in %SSL%
set SSL="%PROGRAMFILES%\OpenSSL-Win64\bin\openssl.exe"
)
