I would have to agree that this makes sense.  Also, the purpose of
Linux Demo Day is to show Linux to people who have only heard about 
it.  My guess would be that most people who are ready to have it
installed at an installfest have already had a friend/LUG show them
what Linux is capable of.  I think what would work best is that during the 
demo, LUGs get emails of people who are interested in more info about Linux, 
and than inform them when an Installfest is coming up.
