How about the LUGs set up an Installfest a couple of weeks after LDD99? That
would allow the curious to look over the information and decide if they wanted
to have Linux installed. And this would alleviate the trashing of machines. I
know that is a lot of work for the LUGs but it would probably be the easiest way
to eliminate the PR nightmare that could occur.
