Hello Chris and everybody,
Ok, people could try Linux, in Win 9x.
But remember, Demo Day is for people not familliar yet
with Linux.
Once they have DragonLinux installed, what do they do
?
Without graphic mode, (window manager), it is not very
exciting comparing to Win9x.
Then, they may wish to install an application, let say
a word processor or a game.
How are they going to do it ?
They will look for a "setup.exe" or "install.bat",
good luck.
Ok, the most interested will learn and do it by
themselves.
For the others ones, it is probably better to go to an
installfest or to try the new distribution from
Caldera.
Fro more information about distributions check this
little page
