We could re-use the idea of showing an app bar and
describe its content.

Mine is not very protable yet, but I am also thinking
to do it.
I temporarely solved the probelem, by installing only
the wm that we have a menu or app bar ready.
Suse, has a pretty good setup, it can configure, I
think around 7 wm, that's not bad, I think TurboLinux
is on the same track, with less wm to select.
