~60 at moment. I expect this number to increase to a much higher number
next week, and than drop down to something in the 100-200 range.

Before we start asking for donations, let's find out who is definetely
intersted in attending. I know I am, Jim is, and Eugene is. Three
people is not enough to man the booth for four days straight. I'd
say if we have 8 people, we're ok to go.

Next, let's first see what Jim can get from our sponsors. If any of them
are willing to pay for us, asking for donations from people would be
a bad thing to do.

If we have enough people who want to go, I suggest that we find out
how much each of those people would be willing to dish out to
pay in case we can't get a sponsor. Once we add those numbers up, if
we still need money, than we ask for donations outside of that group.
Since we're announcing this to the world next week, I don't want the first
thing everyone sees to be us asking for their money. I can just imagine
the flamefest on /.

So those who are certain that they could take the time off from work or
school to come out to Linux Expo, email me off this list and let me know.
I'll setup another list for us to discuss those issues.
