I wrote SuSE after getting the announcement from Deepak. Christian Egle
responded saying they've been with LDD for some time and pointed to the
following article from Linux-Magazin (in German):

I've written back to him to make sure we're covered by being registered
with LDD. The article says to write Christian, though.
