Ditto here. I must say this:
Caldera: demo copies of 2.2, nothing from 2.3. A nice Shirt.
Not bad, but not great.
Loki: a DEMO of the game. Wish they'd done more. A full copy
would have gone a long way.
Linuxcentral: a bunch of old junk (considering that they sell
new cds for $2, the value on these is pretty worthless....
If they'd included all of this, plus maybe one of each of the new
distros, I'd have forgiven them. This way, I feel like they dumped
it on us.
Suse: The GRAND PRIZE: They lavished TShirts, Caps, Full versions,
mouse pads and enough demo cds to choke a horse (or give away to most everyone)
Hoping Redhat and the rest get on the bandwagon, cause right now
SuSE looks like it'll get the most publicity from our LUG....
looking forward to raffling off most of this, and rewarding loyal and
helpful LUG members with the rest....
