What u need ?? Heres a list -
1. A HDD or a spare partition on your existing disk about 1Gb in size.
2. Linux CD
3. A good VGA card.
4. Read the installation guide on the cd before proceeding...it will save u
later worries.
Tip - Select all packages for installation. U can later remove anything
which is not required.

Hello people,
I am new to this mailing list. I am waiting for my own
installation of Linux. I have seen and adored the power of Linux at my
cousin's place and have decided to switch completely to Linux. I have
opted for RedHat 6.0. Please inform me wot are the essentials to
