for mail transfers betwen mail servers i am not using SMTP but using UUCP . 
I want to implement this pushy mail service on final destination of the 
mail .

Please revert back .

agreed, from a client point of view, but (and this is just for argument

:)) if you look it from server to server, then it can be called *pushy* can
it not? i mean, suppose i send mail from my smtp server to you, then my 
smtp
server *pushes* out stuff to your smtp server right?
