problem with kisdn...

Hi,
I am trying to install kisdn utility which i've downloaded from
www.linuxberg.com. Thing is it requires several libraries which i've been
either not able to lay my hands on or just refure to install themselves. Is
there a static binary that i can download from somewhere?
