u r 'swapon'ing /dev/hda6 while fdisk shows /dev/hdc6...
hda = 1st HDD
hdc = 3rd HDD
There's some panga here !!
do u have 3 hard disks ??!!!!! u normally dont get hdc unless u have 2
HDDs and a cd drive or 3 HDDs
