An error 'client is not allowed to connect to server....'  implies that  the
client does not have authority to connect to the server
use the xhost command to add it to the access control list
The xhost command is to be fired on the server (linux in this case)
give xhost +hostname
Then from an xterm using the display env variable the Xserver from another
machine can be used to project the apps .. note that hostname implies the
machine trying to connect to linux here
