think I'll take up the VMware thingy...

I've installed Vmware with Linux as my base o/s and installed a working
win95 within....
I'm going to be doing the reverse in a day or two,
Win NT as base (host) and Linux as guest OS.

This has the advantage of wider hardware support. For instance most plug and
play internal PCI modems will not work in Linux. Even with the PnP patches
to the kernel.
I don't wanna raise a ruckus, but Win NT today has drivers for more things
than Linux (whether they are better written is another issue altogether).

The idea is that if NT is your base os, you get the benefit of a wider range
of drivers.....

My modem for one!

Anyways VMware is pretty cool.
