I am using RH 6.0 and whenever I try compiling some programs I have downloaded it says that gcc not working, unable to create executables. Can't figure out what's wrong because it doesn't give any other message (like missing library or like that). for example, I tried run ./configure for a program which was on a PCQ-CD (Juuly,99). The program is an e-mail client called Pos...(something). But when I run ./configure it says soomething like this "found gcc, seeing if it works......(does not work)" "gcc not working, unable to make executables" BTW, at what time is the meet on Sunday ?
