Question about FTA32 and VCD Player

Hi Friends

Two questions :
1)  Is it possible to view FAT32 partitions from Linux (RH 6.0) ? If yes
then how to achieve this ?
2)  KDE video CD player Aktion doesn't recognize the *.dat extension videos.
Is there any good video CD player in Linux and where from to download it?
Hope somebody replies to my queries at the earliest.
