Please elaborate about 'could not connect to the internet'

Do u connect and cant browse, or get disconnected or something else ?
If u can connect, try

1. ping 212.26.62.252
2. ping 212.26.62.249
3. Setting netscape http proxy settings to 212.26.62.249 and port 8080
