Well, the reason for junk mail becoming more
than linux mails in the list, i think, is that
we all have been waiting and watching so long,
but not objecting when such mails are sent!!
Sagar, How many times have you told ppl to
put the word [COM] in subject line if the
stuff is commercial? But, we still see
ppl providing some dumb information reg
linux and adding a page of their business
details at the end of it. Have we ever
objected to that?
Moderating the list definitely wastes a lot of
valuable time of our members. Rather, i too suggest that we keep it an open list, but
when some useless stuff is posted, the
active members have to object. What do you say?
