Checked out last night
It has all that and more. Anyway I think Links was started with
lynx code already in the hand. Main Advantage I suppose is
that it makes the web page look just like it was supposed to
minus the graphics.

| lynx has "frames support" (gives a list), as well as cookies (which are
| saved in a file for the following sessions after a break ), as well as SSL
| support (which you have to compile into it ..) plus multiple bookmarks,
| support for displaying images when using X (maybe, you can configure it to
| use zgv as well), let's you change the almost all the headers you send,
| allows you to do some downloading ala wget (the -traversal, -crawl, -dump
| etc. options), let's you browse and save the headers you send and get,
| mouse support in X, post data from stdin, disallow the "referer" files ..
