Hey Linuxers,
I have successfully set up the IMAP server by
uncommenting the following line from /etc/inetd.conf file
imap stream tcp nowait root /usr/sbin/tcpd imapd
and then restarted the inetd. Then i telneted to the IMAP server to check if
it was working.
it worked.
Now I want to know how do i log in to check my mailbox as user jshah with
password pass. I issued the following command.
A001 user jshah pass
but this didn't work !!! ..anybody know what is wrong here ?
