By popular demand (well two of you asked for it which is more than before)
I have uploaded the scripts to my downloads page:

instructions for smtp.
You will have to set up minicom to use perl as a script interpreter rather
than runscript which is the default. I also have a perl script that will
login (because you won't be able to use the runscript scipt any more
(unless you're a masochist (but in that case you don't need my scripts
anyway)))
