Good question. I don't know the answer.
But doesn't actually matter. It's "cybercafe" just by name. It could be
used in any kind of setup, like in offices (most of which will have
similar kind of setup). So, I guess the name "cybercafe" is attached just
because that "sounded" most apt. (right?:)
