pico /etc/xf86config
1. In the screen section hash out the resolutions you do not want.
2. There will be a line saying Virtual 800 600 or something like that,
change the resolution to what you want. No point going above 800x600 for a
14" monitor.
3. You can also put in a line saying default 16 bpp or whatever you want.
