Hi Sheshan,
Well i have Mysql on Redhat6.1 and i found that if while defining primary key on a
particular field if u do not specify 'Not Null' u get a syntax error. i executed this
query on my database and it worked perfectly. the command i gave was ;
create table test( id int(5) not null, matter text, primary key(id));
try this out hope it works.
