There are no interrupts necessary for this. You just have to write to
memory address 0x417 to set the status of Num, Caps and Scroll lock.
However writing a c program and linking it into the kernel is a bit
extreme. And where would it get called from anyway? I think I'll read
the *F* manual as Satya says.
