The meetings sound too techie. Like the one today is for installing Linux on
a palmtop. Id rather learn to get my PC working then install it on a
palmtop.
On that note, Id like to give a suggestion. Why dont we have separae for
teaching/learning: Newbies,Users and Techies. We could have the higher guys
give us a briefing on the basic stuff and when we learn that, we could help
out by teaching the other newbies while the techies teach us.
Secondly, installing Linux is not that great a requirement. Its pretty
simple and most magazines/books tell you how to go about it. Id rather have
a session on using it, learning its features than installing it.
