This is a classic case of violation of the netiquette target quoting
percentage of 50%.

The `relevant' portion of your reply was 5 bytes long!!  Was it necessary
to include 30 lines of text that was in no way relevant to the question
nor the answer?  (This holds for the person asking the question too).
