This seems to be the right way of doing it. Yes, it will work perfectly. I
don't even use the concurrencyremote setting. When I'm offline, the mail
just gets deferred, until I go online and ALRM qmail-send.

Pine is a pain as we've all seen in the past few hundred messages. It's my
fave though. I haven't liked too many X based email systems.
