[ILUG-BOM] DJSCE workshop

I had a talk with our HOD again today. She can only give us one day 16th of
March. She just wants to get the third and second yearites familiar and
interseted in Linux and then plans on a bigger workshop like the VJTI one in
April or maybe after the semester end.

So if we had a full day workshop on 16th now then it would be ideal.
