Try this.... It worked for me...

just got COREL linux  up& running fine..

Cntrl+Alt+Backspace....

( In corel .. this dosen't just kill the X-Server... It also restarts
it... ) {don't know why it works... It sometimes does... }

After a few initial glitches... the X-Server reset properly & i was able to
go ahead without any further... hassles...)
