Like this: rpm -Uvh librep-XXX rep-gtk-XXX sawmill-XXX
This is not a problem during the first install. It's only when upgrading
(makes rebuilding SRPMS a pain because you have to uninstall Sawmill during
the rebuild period.

Is the ncurses package instlalled?
