[ILUG-BOM] TCPIP Problems

Dear Friends,   I have observed, that when I set my Server TCPIP Address to some value, It takes a lot of time on the client PC to get the login prompt when I telnet.   for some other setting sof the TCPIP address on the server , this happens instantly. Nothing else, except the TCPIP address has changed.   When the Telenet Prompt takes a long time, other services such as HTTP and Database listners work fine.   It seems that only services through inetd take time to start.
