You can get socks from:
ftp://sunsite.unc.edu/pub/Linux/system/Network/misc/socks-linux-src.tgz
You will also need to socksify your programs if they aren't already
socksified. Netscape is. MIRC, ICQ under Win are.
Instructions for socksifying are given in the package.
If you use a socks proxy, you will not need an http proxy (nor should you
use it)
