special objects to help draw entity relationship
                diagrams, UML diagrams, flowcharts, network
diagrams, and simple circuits. It is also possible to add
support for new shapes by writing simple XML files,
using a subset of SVG to draw the shape. It can load
and save diagrams to a custom XML format (gzipped
by default, to save space), can export diagrams to EPS
or SVG formats and can print diagrams (including
                ones that span multiple pages).

              Unicode BiDi algorithm)

FriBidi is a Free Implementation of the Unicode BiDi
algorithm. The library implements most of the
algorithm as described in the "Unicode Bidirectional
Algorithm, Working Draft Unicode Technical Report"
that is currently missing the support for explicit

frntbase (database FrontBase - Bronze Version )

FrontBase is a high performance SQL 92 compliant

Bronze, and is free. The Bronze packag is a fully
networked version with the only constraints being that
it comes with no support and that it doesn't include
any security checks. The latter constrain meaning that
if you have network access to the machine running a
Bronze package of FrontBase, you can connect to and
access all FrontBase databases running on that
machine without further ado. There is no connection
                or user limit.

mainly used for the initial RAM disks used during
                installation.

              gfax (Front End Fax Software)

GNOME is needed. For sending facsimiles GFax uses
                mgetty+sendfax or Hylafax.

              ghc (The Glasgow Haskell Compiler)

The Glasgow Haskell Compiler is a robust,
fully-featured, optimising compiler for Haskell 98,
GHC compiles Haskell to either native code or C. It
                implements numerous experimental language
extensions to Haskell 98; for example: concurrency, a
                foreign language interface, multi-parameter type
classes, scoped type variables, existential and
                universal quantification, unboxed types, exceptions,
weak pointers, and so on. GHC comes with a
generational garbage collector, and a space and time
profiler. GHC is directed at two main groups of users:
Application writers. We think that Haskell is a great
language to write applications in, and are dead keen
for GHC to be used for this purpose. To this end we
have worked hard on GHC's external interfaces:
particularly the ability to call and exchange data with
                foreign languages and components (see
HaskellDirect). (If you are interested, here's a list of
                some real-world applications of functional
                languages.) Implementors. GHC is specifically
designed to act as a "motherboard" into which others
can "plug in" their own strictness analyser, profiler,
front end, back end, or other special pass. Learning
enough about GHC to do this is a fairly substantial
exercise, but it's a lot quicker than writing the whole
system yourself. Even more important, it means that
there's enough scaffolding to really stress your gizmo
against real programs (the NoFib suite provides
some...), rather than toy ones. This release contains
                Manuel M. T. Chakravarty' 62-tuple patch.

gltron (3D Game like Tron )

glTron simulates a motorcycle race where the players
must not cross another players track of light. It can be
played with up to four players and needs 3d-hardware

Squid Version 2 is the new and enhanced version of

Version 1.x, you have to remove all files under
/var/squid/cache before starting squid. Edit the new
config file to meet your configuration, To not try to
use the old config file with this version. New version
of the Squid V2.3 WWW Proxy Server Homepage:
                http://squid.nlanr.net Important changes since Squid
2.2: Domain name matching: The function which
checks for a match between a hostname and a domain
name has been rewritten, and its behavior is now
slightly different. Previously, the domain ``com''
would match the hostname ``foo.com'', but this is no
longer the case. Now, if you must write ``.com'' to
match ``foo.com''. Removed dnsservers: In this
version, DNS lookups are done by the main Squid
process by default. Truncate vs unlink: In version 2.2
Squid truncated disk files (by default) instead of
unlinking them. This caused some installations to run
out of inodes on the cache disks. Even though
truncate makes Squid a bit faster, we have made the
default to use unlink again. Look at
                http://squid.nlanr.net/Versions/v2/2.3/ for a full
                description.
