The inet numbers ranging from 202.141.128.0 - 202.141.159.255
belong to ernet. I also found out that ncst has IP's starting from
202.141.151.1 (konark) and ranging at least till 202.141.151.85 (zeus)
The name server is 202.141.151.3 (dikshak).
I was unable to find the particular host (202.141.151.74), but I figure
ncst probably uses static ip's, so figuring out who sent the mail wouldn't
be too hard. Just have to check who was using that particular machine at
that time. :)
