you are passing thru the exact type of frustation which larry wall
passed thru and created perl, marc andressen passed thru and created
mozilla, linus passed thru and created linux.
it is said to be the fundamental belief of open source programmers, if
system does not allow you to do something, create a new tool to get it
done.
every utility of unix family was created by such frustation. but don't
let it get over you, rather you overcome it, channelise it. world will
get benefitted by your solution to this.
