The ilug-bom home page throws up two JavaScript popups each time
it is visited. Why? Don't users hate it? And ilug-bom is one of
the last sites where I thought I would see that kind of a thing.
There are better ways to tell visitors of latest happenings. One
straight way is to put larger bold-faced text!
