i accidently deleted the message from chrisil which
mentions that the IT bill has defined the term hacking
in the wrong sense, so no original message included...
this is my post on that subject
i think this needs to be strongly protested against.
We HAVE to lodge a protest...
first thing is a letter to the editors of TOI and IE
(Indian Express ;-) i'm already preparing a draft, but
i think philip can give better references..
second, i really think an intro session is needed for
journos on topics like open source, linux,Original
Indian OSes, hacking, cracking etc.(original idea from
terence i think).
