interview of Dewang Mehta (president of NASSCOM) which
appeared in todays TOI (Q&A section)
Q:Are the penalty provisions in the Bill enuff to
deter Internet frauds and hacking?
A:......for the present the IT BIll has more than
enuff provisions to deter frauds and hacking.
what do u say..when the president of a computer
industry body is himself so uninformed? no point in
blaming the journos i guess.its straight from the
horse's mouth for them... :-(
