Since the Super_block and i-node table for / partition describes only the / partition, I can not access the added space from /SuSe and /home However I still need to know if it is possible to read and retrive the data from this unaccessible area which now happens to be a part of /dev/hda5. I believe the currupt Super_blocks of /SuSe and /home rendered them unreadable.
