Afaik none permit refilling. Most of the "illegal" refills use waste
toner, which has a residual charge and therfore clumps. Also the
toner assy. is forced open causing the corona wires, cleaning rubber
and internal lamps to misalign, thus ruining quality. Further the
drum coating wears off due to the cleaning assy pressure and is no
good after one refill.

Space saving. Otherwise an experienced PC user with scanner and
printer can do all that the MF can. And the scanner and modem in the
MF are relatively bad.
