In the final analysis the real issue is one of habit AND the initial 
pain of switching over. This pain is typical of kicking a habit - any 
habit. And the longer u are habituated the more is the resistance, 
pain and cost.
A wise organisation / individual will see this and change as quickly 
as possible. 
For the rest a Prayer and plenty of goodluck charms + $$.
