Need the bleeding edge for trying out nvidia drivers - they are 
closed. I will only be testing and then seeing what needs to be 
tweaked with the open nv drivers. Basically just building a home 
entertainment box. Problem is that my mom and dad need to operate it 
with a remote. So lotsa lirc stuff and tv mode.
It rocks as it is, but asking mom to fire up a shell and type in some 
commands is a nono - for now.  Had to install lidvdcss2 for playing 
those drmd shit.
