Downloading / copying ANY material in violation of it's copyrights is illegal. U can download / copy loads of MP3s, videos, papers whatever subject to the abv. U are (unintentionally) confusing the act of downloading with piracy. also there was a stupid move to ban P2P networks in the US by the media crooks cause it prevented them from preemptive strikes and other nonsense.
